2.What’s your payment terms?
T/T or L/C at sight normally,can be negotiated.

3.What is your production lead time?
15-20 days against offical order or deposit.

4.What’s the loading port?
Zhongshan port or Guangzhou port.

5.What is your MOQ?
Normally is 1x20'GP,can be negotiated,the less qty,the higher cost.

6.Can we make a sample to test the quality first?
Yes, of course!

7.What kind of finish can you provide for your products?
A.Electro galvanized/Zinc plated: The zinc serves as a sacrificial anode( indoor storage)
B.Hot dip galanized: It forms a coating of corrosion-resistant zinc(indoor/outdoor and cold storage)
C.Powder coating: A type of coating that is applied as a free-flowing, dry powder(indoor/outdoor storage)
D.Electro galvanized/Zinc plated+Powder coating:Protect the products not easy to be rusty.

8.What is the loading capacity?
In general, we have light duty(100~300kg) +medium duty(400~800kg) +heavy duty(1000~1700kg) model for your choice.

9.How is the goods being packed?
Plastic banding + Stretch film wrapped, palletized is easy to load and unload for forklift or pallet jack.

10.I would like to have my own design products, is it ok?
Yes, we can go with your design.

11.I don't have drawing or picture for the custom products, could you design it for me?
Yes, we can make the best suitable design for you, but you should tell us your detailed requirements.

12.How long can the products be used?
3~10 years warranty in case that
a) Proper handling during operation, correctly forklift handling while stacking,un-stacking.
b) Overloading is prohibited
c) Environment request--indoor, dry and not humid circumstance, do not contact with any corrosive chemical material (for zinc plated and powder coated proucts, no limitation for hot dip galvanized).
