4.WHAT ISTHE LEAD TIME AND SHIPPING TIME?
The lead time itself is 5-7 working days. The shipping time would be 3-5 working days by courier such as FedEx, DHL, TNT, UPS. Sea freight takes much longer time and depends on the destination port.
5. WHAT KIND OF PAYMENT TERMS DO YOU ACCEPT?

7. WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN GEL POLISH AND REGULAR NAIL POLISH?
Generally speaking, gel polish is created using much newer technology than regular nail polish. It can be dried by UV/ LED lights in as fast as 30 seconds. Gel polish is odourless and once properly applied, can last for up to 35-45 days. In addition, it offers a much wider choice of patterns to create unique effects, making your nails standing out from the rest.
8.WHAT INGREDIENTS IS GEL POLISH MADE FROM?
The main ingredient in gel polish is UV curable polyurethane resin. You can choose from an array of product formulas developed by our R&D team. Send us a sample of your existing product or let our team know your expectations.
9.WHAT IS THE CORRECT WAY TO PREPARE NAILS FOR GEL POLISH APPLICATION?
The correct preparation of the nail plate is crucial, as this could prolong the durability of the applied product. This includes cuticle work, filing and shaping rough edges and then gently buffing the shine off the natural nail with a file, followed by wiping with pure acetone in order to remove any dirt and oils.
10.ARE YOUR GEL POLISH PRODUCTS SOAK OFF?
Yes, most of our colour nail Gel polish products are soak-off. Please use pure acetone to remove them. It is recommended to file off any top layer first before soaking, allowing the acetone to penetrate the gel polish layer.
11. ARE YOUR PRODUCTS ENVIRONMENTALLY-FRIENDLY?
Yes. All our products are free from: formaldehyde, toluene, DBP, plasticizers and heavy metals.
12.GEL POLISH WON’T STAY ON THE SIDES AND TIPS OF NAILS AFTER APPLICATION, WHY?
This is known as colour “slippage”. You can prevent this by taking a dry, lint-free wipe and removing the layer of moisture after curing the base layer. Please DO NOT use cleanser. You want the surface to stay slightly tacky and cleanser will remove it completely. Another solution is to apply the first layer of colour and cure one nail at a time, not allowing it time to slip.
13.IS UV NAIL GEL FOR PROFESSIONAL OR HOME USE?
Our UV nail gel polish is suitable for professional (salon) or home use. With easy application and a variety of very reasonably priced LED/UV lamps available, it is safe and easy to do it at home.
14.IS ACETONE DANGEROUS FOR MY NAILS?
Soaking nails in acetone is totally safe if the correct process is used. Applying petroleum jelly to your cuticles and fingertips before soaking will offer additional protection to your skin. Always read the relevant product label before using it.
15.CURING TIMES - WHAT IS THE CURING TIME FOR NAIL GEL PRODUCTS?
This depends on the type of lamp and the lamp power expressed in watts (W). Drying time under a LED lamp is shorter than under UV lamps. Under a 48 W LED lamp, colour gels can be cured in as little as 30 seconds, base coats in 30-60 seconds and top coats in 45-60 seconds. Under a UV lamp, each step takes at least 120 seconds.
16.HOW SHOULD WE STORE NAIL GEL POLISH PRODUCTS?
Gel polish is a light-sensitive product, therefore it is poured into light-proof plastic or glass containers. It should be stored away from sunlight, usually in dark places like a drawer. Kindly note that the refrigerator is not an option as the low temperature will thicken the product

17.MAY I VISIT YOUR FACTORY?
We are proud of our facilities and you are most welcome to pay us a visit! Please contact us and we will arrange a transfer from Guangzhou (CAN) airport (approximately 1hr). We are also easily reachable from Hong Kong or Shenzhen.
