1. How to choose the condensing unit ?
It depends on the local environment temperature and water source. If there is lack of water and low ambient temp, the air-cooled condensing unit is better. With enough water source and high ambient temp, the water-cooled condensing unit is better. Normally, air-cooled ones is ok for most of environments. And for installation,air cooled ones is more convenient than water cooled.
2. How to select the model of the equipment ?
It is better to negotiate with us about some more parameters, such as : Cooling Capacity,Ambient Temp, Power Supply, Application Field, Anti-rust Or Anti-corrosion etc..Meanwhile,we could do customized ones according to all these information.
3.What about the delivery and the export port？
Generally，30~45 days for the normal series condensing unit (Large quantities and customized ones needs to be negotiated. )，exporting from Shanghai Port by shipment.
4.How about the after-sale service?
1 year warranty. Normally，online support. For cold room project，technicians would be arranged if necessary.
