Working principle of LEHAO swing type roasting machine
The swing type roasting machine uses a gas-fired energy-saving burner heating method in a semi-open insulated space, with a temperature device, with hot gas as a drying medium, and heat energy is applied around the heat-dissipating tube and then baked onto the material. The flat shaker for the material is swayed under the action of the adjustable speed eccentric cam. A plurality of conical mixing devices are installed in the middle of the flat shaker. The material is continuously stirred and rolled to make it evenly heated, which effectively guarantees the baking quality.
Operation guide of LEHAO swing type roasting machine
| 1. | Start the motor button and let the flat shaker shake in the furnace. According to the material, the swing speed can be adjusted appropriately. |
| 2. | Pull out the grate, open the main switch, open the sub-switches in sequence, and ignite the first burner of each sub-switch and put it into the furnace, then increase the flame according to the temperature to reach the moderate temperature. |
| 3. | After the bake is mature, open the upper door and pull out the material sieve. After the material is discharged, the sieve is leveled. |
Notice:
(1) Before starting the gearbox, add the oil to the liquid level above the see-through hole.
(2) After starting the motor switch, adjust the motor speed handle. It is forbidden to stop the power-speed control handle (first start and then adjust the speed). After the production stops, reduce the speed and stop.
(3) When the ignition is pulled out of the grate 50 cm, ignite the first burner of each row and put it into the furnace. The burner is completely automatic. It is strictly forbidden to ignite in the furnace and pay attention to safety.
(The air pressure should not be excessively excessive when igniting, to prevent air leakage and cause residual gas in the furnace, causing fire spray phenomenon)
