1. What warranty do you offer? Do you have replacement parts?
We warrants all SHENG ZHOU™ packaging machines to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of one year (12months) from date of shipment.We have replacement parts for every machine we offer. Feel free to contact us and we will ship the required parts within 24 business hours. All SHENG ZHOU™ machines come with a 12 months manufacturer warranty unless otherwise stated.
In this case the return costs of replacement parts are shared, i.e. you pay for the item to be shipped back to us and we pay for it to be shipped back to you. Beyond this 12-month period, repair and shipment costs are paid by the customer.
2. What information do I need to provide for a quote?
If a quick, high-level budgetary quote is all you need, we are happy to provide you with the base machine rate. However, the more information you provide us about your particular application, the more accurately we can quote you. It also enables us to identify potential challenges and discuss how we can overcome them.
3. What type of payments do you accept?
We accept Credit Card, Debit Card, Western Union, E-checking, Wire Transfer and Letter of Credit. Contact us for more options if your payment method is not listed.
4. How do you deliver my machine to my place?
We will arrange international shipment and pay shipping freight at our expense, if you place a CIF or CFR order. Bill of Lading in original hard copy will be couriered to your office together with Commercial Invoice & Packing List, within 7 working days from vessel sailing date or flight departure date. What you need to do is to appoint a customs broker for importation declaration and inland transportation to your plant.
Our factory locates in Xiamen city which is main seaport of China. It takes only 30 minutes’ drive from our factory to Xiamen Port from where we ship SHENG ZHOU™ packaging machines on weekly basis to any main seaports worldwide.
Through Xiamen International Airport (XMN), in 45 minutes’ drive, we deliver some small size & light weight machines or consumable packaging materials by air freight in case of urgent demand.
5. I am not quite sure which machine is right for my project and packaging method.
No worries! Tell us more about your application and we will help you choose the right model and options. The more detail
information on products and desired package method you give, the better we understand your need and the faster we offer a solution.
Send us your samples, e.g. bottles & sleeve label in case of bottle sleeve wrapping application, and we will test a Steam Shrink Tunnel with the materials we receive. Videos and photos will be sent back immediately by e-mail so that you know exactly how our machine operates and how good shrink quality is, before making final decision.
On your request, we are more than happy to send back physical samples for your evaluation by international courier after the testing.We will refund your courier expense when you place the order.
6. Why do you need samples for a firm quote? What if I don't have any?
Samples allow us to help you avoid unforeseen challenges, determine the need for special options or recommend a different machine model better suited for your application. In nearly 65% of all projects, sample reviews prevent costly mistakes, inferior performance and extended lead times.
In addition, before delivery, we will test your machine again with your samples in order to verify and assure the machine built to 100% satisfaction.Although we would like to review samples testing before we provide a firm quote, we understand that this is not always possible. In that case, we will provide a quote based on the information and drawings you provided.
