Output and input shaft of gearbox are designed as parallel type. Widely used in standard compounding of MB, filling, engineering plastics, reinforcement, etc.. T/A³≤7.0, Screw speed ≤600rpm.

Vaccum venting system

Barrel Heating and Water cooling System

Heating: cast copper /aluminum/ iron/Infrared heater etc. for your options.

Cooling: The cooling pipeline of each barrel is equipped with manual shut-off valve and solenoid valve. The former controls the flow of soft water, and the latter automatically controls the on-off of soft water in linkage with the temperature control instrument.
