A.Construction

1.Generally constructed from heavy duty channel galvanized steel frame robust construction. Hot-dipped galvanized finish both inside and outside, including U-bolts. All fastenings-heavy duty zinc-plated.

3.Fully galvanized bow stop assembly with 4 inch marine grade rubber

4.Fully adjustable drive on heavy duty keel rollers system for self-centering

5.Tow speed winch adjustable height and heavy duty winch strap and hook

6.Wind up heavy duty load, jockey wheel with bigger wheel. Bolted fitting with easy release to lift jockey wheel up during towing.

7.Self-tilting mechanism of each heavy duty keel roller/rear swing cross member for ease of launching and recovery manual method.

B.Suspension

1.Manual handbrake cable operated system to be fitted as close as possible to the trailer chassis to avoid grounding.

2.Galvanized steel wheel and spare wheel to be fitted closed to bow support arm on top of trailer. Tire size: 225/75R15. Trailer is fitted with one set of brakes.

3.Bearing buddy on all wheels for longer bearing protection.

4.Trailer is fitted with leaf suspension springs at all four wheels.
