The oil purification equipment is widely used in various large transformer installation and maintenance for hot oil circulation and vacuum drying. 110KV-500KV high voltage or more, EHV transformer insulating oil purification, also applies to high-grade new oil, the high depth of processing imported oil.Compared with the single-stage vacuum, the machine increases the Roots pump pressurization system,secondary high vacuum separation systems ,infrared progressive scan automation systems and three-dimensional flash emergency rapid evaporation system , it can degas, dewater, and remove the acid value and impurity quickly, The treated transformer oil have higher limit brake down voltage value,It ‘s not only used for oil purifier but also as a separate vacuum source which have the function of vacuum drying and oil injection for transformer equipment

A: No, it is pure -physical technology.
3.What is consumable?
There is no consumable except filters.
4.How often do clients need to change filters?
The replacement time of the filter is determined by the pollution degree of the oil. The mechanical impurity is less than 3%. Generally, the oil filtered by the filter is replaced once within 100 tons
5.What is the material of your machine?
Carbon steel or Stainless steel(Standard type is SUS304, it can be customized according to your request)
6.Can any of the products be customized?
