2, A compound agitator is used which produces an axial split. Radial shunting, material turning is sufficient, no dead angle. The use of the compound agitator shortens the time during which the sesame is invaded, peeled and separated, improves the production efficiency, and improves the quality of the product.

Working Principle
Working Principle of sesame washing and peeling machine
1. The machine is mainly composed of reducer, tank body, compound agitator, separation sieve plate, water adding pipeline, and various inlet and outlet.
2. The raw material is infiltrated with hot water added with a certain amount of caustic soda. The reducer drives the agitator to rotate. Due to the structural characteristics of the compound agitator, the materials are circulated up and down, and the sesame and the infiltration liquid are mixed evenly and fully.
3. The relative friction between the stirrer and sesame and between sesame and sesame is used to separate the sesame from the kernel to achieve the purpose of peeling the sesame.

How to use this machine?
Material: 80-120KG water, water temperature 60 degrees , dried sesame seeds 40-60KG, flake caustic soda 1-1.5KG
1. Add flake caustic soda to hot water, add sesame seeds and stir evenly, soak for 10-13 minutes, remove and drain
2. Add the drained sesame seeds when the peeling machine is turned on, and peel for 3-5 minutes.
3. Add about 1/3 of the water in the leather washing bucket to prevent the sesame peel from clogging the mesh. Turn on the operation, and then open the gate of the dehulling bucket. When the sesame seeds cannot be stirred out automatically, turn on the water valve to flush out the remaining sesame seeds.
4. Agitate the leather washing bucket for 5-10 minutes. After checking the obvious separation of the leather and kernel, slightly open the drain valve at the bottom, and open the water inlet valve by the same amount. Allow the sesame skins to drain with water. After about 5-10 minutes when the drain port is skinless, close the drain valve. Open the discharge gate.
