100% real Silk: white smoke , the smoke is almost the same with the hair scorch, the remaining is easy to grind into powder.
Imitate silk/Chemical fiber: black smoke, smell pungent and plastic , the remaining is hard, therefore they are not easy to grind into powder.
How to maintain 100% mulberry silk fabric?
1. Separate cleaning:
Dark color 100% mulberry silk garments or silk fabrics should be washed separately from light color ones.
2. Immediately wash:
Sweat-soaked silk products should be immediately washed, or soaked with water, please do not use higher than 30 degree of hot water washing.
3. When washing silk, it is best to use shampoo or shower gel.Generally, laundry detergent will hurt the silk fabric. Please do not wash silk by powder or liquid detergent.
4. It is best to wash by hand. Do not rub or clean with a hard brush. Please wash gently then shade to dry.
5. Should be ironed when 80% dry.
Please put a white cotton fabric in front of 100% silk fabric, can not iron pure silk fabric directly. Should not directly spray water.
Please iron the opposite side. The temperature control between 100-180 degrees.
6. Collection should be cleaned, dried and folded properly. And wrapped with cloth stored in the cabinet, and should not put mothballs or health balls.

If buyer refuse to pay tax , and parcel send back , buyer need to pay for shipping fee and all the lose because of refusing paying tax. We will try our best to help clients clean customs buyer should tell us all certificate their customs need when they make order.
But if cargo arrived destination port , and need other certificate we can not offer , buyer should responsible all lose . If parcel ship to buyer forwarder , seller will not responsible for any shipping risk from China to buyer. Fur sure , we will try our best to give our best support .

B. very large place dirty , you can not used it. (A small gray dot and black dot not belong to quality problem. Garment quality control said: 100m allow 10 dots )
C . very large place broken , you can not used it . (1/2 thread out not belong to quality problem)

7.For OEM silk pillowcase and silk bed sheet , different clients king/queen size is different, so please offer us size in cm or in inch. And please be carefully measure your bed sheet you have at home , then tell us size , we will make it same as what you have.
Once you finished payment we will begin to cut fabric for bed sheet , then size can not be changed, and can not accept return and refund.
8. For the silk fiber and cocoon, the product will not be returned or exchanged once the Package is sent out due to the tariff problem.
