Barbera Volpe di Bacco
Manual harvest of grapes during the month of October. De-stemming followed by alcoholic fermentation and maceration with the skins for 4/6 days at a temperature of 26°C. Malolactic fermentation and subsequent decanting to facilitate the clarification and stabilization of wine. Maturation of the wine in the tank for 6 months, after reaching a tartaric stability.
It is perfect through the meal, white meat, boiled meat and full-bodied first courses

Walking through our vineyards, we can see the whole of Val Tidone. Established over a century ago, we grow some of the most renowned grapes in the tradition of wine growing: the first step in a production process which we follow closely, from the grapes

The journey continues in Val D’Arda, where our wine cellar can be found and from which we can embrace all the land we are proud to represent… and support. Alongside our grapes, there are also those brought to us by almost 150 local winemakers, to whom we give agronomic advice. Our wines are varied as a result of the different characteristics of the land, which is naturally adapted to winemaking. Our vines are autochthonous, producing unique wines such as Ortrugo, Malvasia, Bonarda and Gutturnio.
