1. How long will I get my goods after I place the order?

    A: About 20-25 days to finish, and 20-25 days to your city. Totally about 60-70 days to deliver your hand.

2. If my goods are broken when I get them, what should I do?

    A: There exist two situations in the transport process. One is that the packing and goods are both broken, the other is the packing is okay but goods are broken. The former is our responsibility and the latter is the logistic company's responsibility. We promise no matter whose responsibility it is, as long as the goods are broken, we will try our best to send you a new one in the shortest time freely.

3. How to install the sculpture?

    A: We provide very detailed installation drawings for you, and each part have the only number corresponding with the drawings. We also equip with professional installation personnel if you need them.

4. How to start the cooperation?

    A: We will confirm the design, size, and material firstly, then decide the price, and make the contract, and then pay the deposit. We will start carving the product.
