Soy isolate protein contains more than 90% protein, nearly 20 kinds of amino acids, and essential amino acids. It is rich in nutrition and does not contain cholesterol, which is one of the few species of plant protein that can replace animal protein. Pea or other beans can also be the raw material to produce isolate protein.
