1. Q: Are you a factory or a trading company?
A: Yes, we are trading company, but we have our own factory.
2.Q: How does your factory perform quality control?
A:Factory passed ISO 9001 international certification, and all the procedures was followed as ISO 9001 international certification. Internal inspection adopted, including IQC(Incoming Quality Control),IPQC(Input Process Quality Control), OQC(Output Quality Control). Third party inspection is welcomed.
3.Q: Do you have products in stock?
A: Mostly No. All products are to be produced according to your order including samples.
4.Q: Can I have a sample / place a trial order?
A: Of course, we are glad to send the sample for you to check quality, the sample will be arranged after we comfirm the detail of products. The sample fee depends on what product you need ,some samples are free, but same samples you may need to pay the cost, pls contact our servicer for further informations.
5.Q: What's your MOQ?

6. Q: Can I put my own LOGO on the products?
A: Yes. You can put your own LOGO on the products and also for the packing.

A: For small order, express will be best. And for bulk order, sea ship way is best but take much time.
