1. Connect the equipment to the air supply port with the dry ice washer output valve and emergency brake valve closed. Suggested use: "1" air supply duct. Use of dry air is recommended.
2. Connect the clean pipe group according to the procedure described in the previous chapter.
3. Completely close the ball valve that controls the clean air pressure. Open the air supply valve and emergency brake valve fully to supply air to the dry ice washer. There should be no air leakage.
Note: The supply air pressure must not exceed 1.5MPA
4. Connect the 220VAC power supply and release the emergency stop button
5. Point the spray gun in a safe direction and pull the trigger. This will start the motor, which is driving the particles. After ensuring that safety measures are in place, gradually open the clean air pressure control valve. After checking the barometer, continue to open the control valve until the desired clean air pressure is reached. Release the trigger
6. Put dry ice particles into the hopper, but don't overdo it, because the unused particles must be removed from the dry ice after cleaning.
