A1.If you need design by yourself, you can provide the draft to us. This sample fee will according to your design. Sample making
time: 7-10 days, we will finish ASAP if urgent. Sample fee will be refund or according to clients’ order quantity.

A2. The MOQ of all customized products are 10pcs.

A3. Generally 30 days after payment, it depends on the products and quantity.

Q6: How long is your production lead time?

1) Basically, our production lead-time is 35 days upon receipt of your first order, deposit and sample approval. Repeat orders can
be 25-30 days upon receipt order and deposit.
2) Sampling lead-time is about 7-10 days upon request, 14-20 days If there is a new tooling or specially customized spec required.
