Description of Hot Sale ER70S-6 MIG Welding Wire AWS A5.18 CO2 Solid Wire
A general welding wire for fabrication of mild steel. Contains more deoxidizers than ER70S-3. The additional deoxidizers also provide better wetting, giving a flatter bead shape and the capability of faster travel speeds. Usually used with 75/25 (argon/CO2) shielding gas or with higher contents of argon, such as 90/10. Can also be used with 100% CO2. Conforms to AWS A5.18 ER70S-6.

Please Be Noticed:
1. Suitable for using shielding gas at the speed of 20-25 liters per minute.
2. Wind shielded must be set up in the welding zone, due to gas porosity may be caused by strong wind.
3. Wire extension should be 10-20mm if the current range is under 300A and if above 300A, 20-25mm.

- The diamond insert mold and oily lubricant polish the wire and confirm the wire smooth and strength.
- The nearly 65m long copper coating production line, including nearly 40m long pre-treatment part, 10m long copper coating bath. Pre-treatment remove the residue and grease totally. With German additives, make the copper layer firmer and tight.
