1. When can I get the quotation?
We usually quote within 12 hours after we got your inquiry. If urgent, please contact us via email, Skype, WhatsApp or other methods which have been listed above.

Yes, we support OEM/ODM design if you reach our minimum order quantity.

3. What’s your MOQ / minimum order quantity?
For OEM models, the MOQ is normally 5000pcs, some models can do at 3000pcs.

4. Can I order a sample to check the quality?
Yes, of course! You can order a sample to check the quality. And the sample cost can be refunded in your next bulk order.

5. How can I pay for my order?
You can pay your order via Trade assurance, T/T, Western union, Money Gram, Paypal or Escrow. We will send you an invoice including all cost to you for confirming the order.

6. How long can I get my order when I paid for it?
Sample order will be sent within 3 working days after your payment is confirmed. We can ship to all over the world via DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx, EMS, Aramex, and Post Air mail. DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx and Aramex need 4~7 days, while EMS and Post Air mail need 10-30 days.

Bulk order depends on the exact quantity and shipping method.

7. Can you supply Drop Shipping?
Yes, we can, but only for some certain models which have stock, so first please check with us whether the model you like is available or not.

8. What about the warranty of the products?
We offer 12 months warranty for all the products except accessories. Please notice that artificial damages are out of warranty.
