This machine is specially used to produce cake, Cupcake, Muffin, Pound cake, Whole plate of cake, Swiss roll, Sponge cake, Puff, Birthday cake, etc.
1 .This machine is new type with high capacity and controls conveyor going up and down. Other old type machine is hopper going up
and down. Old way will produce bubbles in cake liquid which is not good for cake.
2. We upgrade the cake liquid cut off system, which can even work on water. The new system can cut off the liquid quicker and neater when switching the lines.
3.The machine adoptsPLC touch screen for operation panel,which can memory 50 kinds of product model. There are 3kinds products and each kind has 50 types memory.
4. Liquid filling shape is according to different bakeware and container. Filling height, spacing and amounts can be customized.It also can make entire plate of cake.
5 .The mode size can be customized. Filling methods contain arow of a point and continuous conveyor belt filling paste.
6 . Adopt 304 stainless steel materials, clean and safe, easy to maintain.The extruder gear of the filling part adopts die non-stick treatment.
7.The material on the machine which touch the food are all food grade material.
8.Conveyor belt is Italy brand, non-sticky, flat and durable for processing.
9.High quality material and accessories guarantee the machine's quality.
