3.1 Slide block: WC67Y-80/2500 Hydraulic plate bender with hydraulic transmission. The part consists of slide block; oil cylinder and mechanical stop fine adjustment structure. The travel of slide block is adjustable, It also can be adjusted by mechanical stop to get a high efficiency when deal with the not too long workpiece. Right and left cylinders are fixed on the machine rack and move the slide block up and down through the piston in hydraulic system.

3.2 Worktable: It's operated on the button box in front of worktable. The motor drive the stop rack moving forward and backward, and the moving distance would be shown by digital. Front and back positions are all set with limit travel switch.

3.3 Backgauge: It's driven by the motor; the sprockets drive the two screw shafts to move synchronously. Size of backgauge is shown on the counter and can be manual fine adjusted.

3.4 Synchronizing system: It consists of torsion bar and rocker with simple mechanism, stable performance and high precision..

3.5 Numerical control system: The E21 numerical control system has the following main functions.
