Features:
1. Wide power supply range, AC86~240V
2. Thermocouple input protection, prevent module damaged by mis-connection
3. Thermocouple & heater inverse protection, prevent thermocouple damaged by mis-connection
4. The temperature control error is 0.5 degrees, FUZYY+PID control algorithm, PID parameter has two ways: online automatic setting and manual setting.
5. The output power shows that the output power can be automatically detected during heating.
6. With the hot runner soft start heating mode, the heat flow dehumidification effect is realized, the heating pipe can be protected to prolong the service life effect, the soft start heating power and the heating time can be set freely.
7. Two kinds of K and J type thermocouple sensor signals can be set. The precise temperature nonlinear processing and integrated cold end compensation control mode is zero crossing trigger mode, PWM pulse width modulation output
8. There are two ways to set and display the temperature and the degree of Fahrenheit.
9. Temperature upper limit alarm function, temperature lower limit alarm function, upper / lower limit temperature can be set.
10. Besides automatic control, the system is equipped with manual control mode for heating in special cases.
Diagnostic Functions

2. Thermocouple break, short or inverse
3. Thermocouple is out of its position
4. Heater break, short or overload
5. Output device is damaged
