CNC drilling machine is mainly used for processing holes in heat exchanger of tube shell type in petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, thermal power station, nuclear power station and other industries, maximum drilling diameter of workpiece is φ6000mm (need 180°rotaion), maximum drilling depth is 1000mm. This machine is of high efficiency and high precision, drilling surface roughness can reach Ra3.2 ~ Ra1.6, and precision is IT7 ~ IT9.
CNC high speed deep hole drilling machine can use outer chip gun drill or inner chip BTA drill, double spindles
can work simultaneously (distance is regulable). Can convert dxf format drawings into NC parts program using programming software. Optimizes drilling sequence and improves drilling efficiency. Equipped with a variety of safety and automatic protection, automatic safety monitoring can be realized.
