CVI (combined valve and ignition) series gas controller is a product developed by Honeywell in 1998 for household and small commercial heating equipment. It integrates automatic ignition, flame monitoring, dual electromagnetic valve body and voltage regulator. There are switch, high-low double section and proportional adjustment control modes to choose from.
CVI series gas controller consists of two parts: VK4100 series combined gas valve and S4565 series combustion controller. It is especially suitable for gas control of multi-purpose small boilers and wall mounted boilers.
Vk4100 series combined gas valve is a double solenoid valve body structure, which has the functions of fast opening, slow opening, single section, double section and proportional regulation. Small volume, light weight, compact structure and long service life.
S4565 series combustion controller is used together with VK4100 series valves to complete multiple functions such as automatic purging, ignition, flame monitoring, valve control and so on. It can be timed and controlled accurately. It has many optional functions, such as direct ignition (DPI), indirect ignition (IP), on-site reset and remote reset.
