Metal Mechanism

Drivers ' Room

Use and maintenance

In commissioning, switch on the power switch and check the control system and safety device of all rotating machinery under no load. They can be used only if they are sensitive, accurate, safe and reliable.

Users should check regularly and find out whether there are abnormal phenomena in all parts of the crane, especially if the main /end beam joint is abnormal, it should be able to check whether the connecting bolts are abnormal.

It is recommended to lubricate the wheel bearing once every three months.

It is recommended that the mechanical oil should not be changed more than half a year.

Open gear should be often coated with grease to ensure the lubrication of open gear.

Check the wheel at any time, there should be no crack, indentation and excessive wear. If the defect depth is too deep, it should be scrapped immediately and replaced with a new wheel.

When the crane brake is not working, the brake spring of the motor should be adjusted.
