A1: Every set top box has one-year warranty for free repair and replacement.
Q2: How to get a sample?
A2: Sample order is acceptable. Please contact us and make sure what sample do you need. We will charge for the sample and freight cost. The sample will be offset if you place mess order.

A3: We provide all kinds of OEM/ODM service.
Q4: How much will be the Express for these set top boxes?
A4: The Express cost depends on the Quantity, Gross Weight, the Shipment Destination and the Shipping Methods you choose.
