1, All items come with 3 years warranty(Subject to the warranty period specified in the contract);

2, During warranty period non-human damage, our factory will offer free service for replacement;

1.Are you a trade company or a manufacturer?

A: We are an ISO, CE, RoHS approved manufacturer specialized in smart door locks. OEM & ODM service are available.

2.What is your MOQ?

A: No MOQ for stand items. OEM order MOQ is 100pcs. 

3.What is your delivery date?

A: The delivery date is about 5-45 days after receipt of payment.

4.What is your payment terms?

A: 30% deposit in advance and 70% balance before shipment.

5.Can you send free samples?

A: We send out hundreds of samples out every month. I am afraid we cannot provide them free of charge. But after mass production order is placed, we can deduct the sample charge from total amount.
