Q7: How to deal with the faulty?
A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%.
Secondly, some items may being damged during transportation, we will return the payment for the break items after you send us the photos and videos. Please contact us immediately for break items to solve the problem at your earlist convenience.
