1. What kind of packing does your company provide?

  We usually provide PE bag & carton, or packed according to customer requirements.

2.  Are you a real factory?

  Yes we are the OEM factory in Shenzhen, China. We also set the subordinate office in Hebei, Jiangsu, Wuhan and etc.

3. Do you have any MOQ limit?

  Yes it depends on the products’ size and production process.

4. Can I place a sample order?

  Yes, sample order is welcome for testing the performance and quality.

5. How about the lead time of the order?

   Leading time is usually 7-10 working days, but it depends on the properties of the product and the quantity.

6. We are looking for some pem fasteners, can you provide?

   Yes, would you pls inform us the right part number so that we can quote to you directly.

7.Can you provide something that's a little cheaper we are open to alternatives?

   Would you pls tell us the usage of the product so that our engineer will evaluate it and recommend some alternatives if possible.

8.We are looking for some high polishing precision products, can you reach my requirements?

  Thanks for your inquiry. For this high precision part, do you have any drawing that mark all the accuracy requirements? 

   After our engineer evaluating the drawing, we will inform you the production process and quote to you.

Step1.    You send us drawing or sample for our evaluation;

Step2     We make an assessment on your project drawing and send you price;

Step3     We provide you a sample design;

Step4     You think our design is ok;

Step5     We make sample and sent it to you;

Step6     Your approval on our sample and place production order and pay us 30% deposit;

Step7     We start to make the products as per the sample approved;

Step8     When the good is finished done, we deliver it to your forwarder;

Step9     You pay us the balance upon T/T;

Step10   We follow up the after-sales services, any defectives will be refunded based on your technical reports.
