Q1: What is difference between human hair and synthetic hair?
All our hair products are made of human hair without any synthetic hair. Human hair are cut from young girl donor, with full cuticle aligned, can be dyed and permed. All hair products are super bouncy and has natural luster, while synthetic hair may use animal hair and other hair.
Q2: How long does it last?
It is all depends on how you maintain it. Take good care of it just like your own hair. Please make sure wash your hair at least once a week, also use shampoo and conditioner. Then it will keep shiny and soft, normally it will last more than 1 year under your good treat.
Q3: Why my hair extension getting tangled?
First, please make sure shampoo and condition regularly in case of too dry to get tangle, protect your hair from damaging sun and chemicals.
Second, detangle gently with your comb, get regular haircuts to remove dry ends.
Q4: Can I dye the hair or curled?
Normally, natural black and blonde (#613) can be dyed to any color you like, but for other colors’ hair, we recommend you dye it professionally into deeper color than it used to be.
Just like your natural hair, we are not suggested that you dyed the hair or curl frequently as it will damage your hair and shorten hair’s life.

Q5: Why the color of hair extensions don’ t seems exactly as the pictures show or description says?
Please do not judge or confirm the hair color by screen completely because of the different display of monitors. Instead, you could check and confirm the hair color based on color ring or dyed the color you like.
