High-voltage shunt capacitors are used to compensate for reactive power in the AC power system of 1000 V above voltage, frequency 50Hz or 60Hz,improve power factor, reduce line loss and saving energy, improve the quality of the power supply.

1, The difference with other factories in management:

    A, The equipment’s advancement. Especially the date setting like time, temperature, vacuum degree, are according to technological parameter for fully automatic vacuum tank, as long as any data can’t reach the requirements of technique, then can not go to next process. It instead of the traditional record’s way like omission or confusion that makes the quality problem;The robot and fully automatic welding for shell, full auto core-welding work platform ; Complete testing equipment etc. . Those are the most advanced equipment for medium frequency electric inductive heating system of capacitor.

B, Very strictly controlling for raw material inspection. We made high demand agreement with material supplier that many standard must higher than govenment standard, even the very small piece of Cooper terminal and Cooper water pipe terminal material, was specially appointed to the professional factory and the technique of making Cooper bushing etc.

C,Capacitors’ technique control and management. As we serviced for ABP in Germany & Inductotherm Group in USA for many years, that makes our management level higher and higher, u may see from our workshop.

2,How do I know the quality level better?


A, Lower coefficient of malfunction. Normally the damage ratio during 1 year is 5% of capacitor, but our data within 3 years, our damage ratio was less than 5‰ .  

B, Longer using life. Our product’s activity loss is low, small temperature rising, that’s why using life is longer.

C, Won’t have serious issues like all capacitors got problem. The advanced equipment,strictly control of material ,the technique management was standard etc. are all making sure that serious issues will not happen .


3, How to use the easiest way to compare those technical level with different factories?


A, Test the capacitance and compare. Capacitance within ±5% uF is normal, if over this standard is unqualified or the factory wants to reduce the cost so jerry-builded to cheating customers. The bigger fluctuations means lower level of automatization 

B, Test the loss to compare. The loss of capacitor is an important symbol to measure the quality is good or not, it decides the using life and the function & effectiveness in circuit. If temperature of capacitor is 10 ℃ more then the using life reduce half. Normally customers not easy to find, so I suggest customers buy an handheld LCR, item No.: TH2822 series to check. It can measure loss data within 1K-10K frequency.

4, Why AC filter capacitor have quick attenuation ? Sometimes will burn even explode?


A, Element breakdown attenuation. If quality have problem, then after element breakdown is short circuit, big energy of course will easy burn and explode, because the dielectric is vegetable oil. The breakdown have 2 kinds: one is because of this dielectric insulation is weak and can’t bear those kind of voltage; Another one is because product have big defect of loss when operation by high temperature breakdown. When continually breakdown you can hear“Bala Bala …” small firecracker noisy voice.

B, The place of connection was disconnected and capacitance begin to attenuate. As there are some place or whole place broken and capacitance attenuate very fast because of weld & metal spraying part have defective that make high temperature, that’s why some user say only used for few hours then no capacitance……

5There are some capacitor manufacturer told customer :“ Same capacitor use in other place is good, why broken in your place?”, also some customer say:“ I use here the place no problem, nothing happened for capacitance attenuation, but use in other place always broken……”

First of all we need to make sure it’s not quality problem, the main problem is: the difference of user’s capacitor configuration and the manufacturer’s technical level .
 
A,  So far in the market, AC filter capacitors configuration is different:

a, Some filter capacitance are corresponding to multiplied to AC current.

b, Some are as demand of filter capacitance relationship of different frequency bands’s power/kw.

c, Some are as the rate of current inverter and current filter.

d, Some are as the rate of resonant tolerance and filter current tolerance. etc.


According to our so many years experience of series resonant that those different ways of configuration are reasonable, and can make sure the  attenuation level  within 5 years.
