The cross-linked polyethylene insulated cable adopts chemical or physical methods to transform thermoplastic polyethylene into thermosetting cross-linked polyethylene, thereby greatly improving its heat resistance and mechanical properties, reducing its shrinkage, and making it no longer melted after being heated. And maintain excellent electrical performance.
Scope of application
1. This product is suitable for use in ac 50 hz, rated voltage of 8.7/15-26/35 kv power distribution lines or fixed installation with industrial equipments.
2. Used for underground power grids in urban construction areas. The lead-out lines of the power station, mainly used for transmission and equipped with electric energy. For example, it can be used in places such as power distribution inside industrial and mining enterprises.
Product Features:
The normal operating temperature of the conductor is high, the structure is simple, the use is convenient, and it is not restricted by the laying drop,and etc.
Product usage conditions:
1. The rated voltage is 8.7/15~26/35KV.
2. Working temperature: The long-term allowable maximum working temperature of the cable conductor is 90℃. In the case of a short circuit, the maximum temperature of the cable conductor is 250℃, and the duration does not exceed 5s.
3. Ambient temperature: The lowest ambient temperature for cable operation is -10℃.
4. Laying temperature: When installing and laying, the temperature should not be lower than 0℃.5. Bending radius:
When the single-core cable is unarmored, the minimum bending radius of the cable recommended to be installed is 20D.
When the single-core cable is armored, the minimum bending radius of the cable recommended to install is 15D.
When the three-core cable is armored, the minimum bending radius of the cable recommended to install is 12D.
