High tensile strength 30 mesh nickel alloy nichrome 2080 wire mesh screen used in instruments
Nichrome is the alloy of nickel and chrome. According to different chemical composition, nichrome can be divided into Cr20Ni80, Cr15Ni60 and Cr20Ni35.
Nichrome woven wire mesh is made of the nichrome wire, which is woven into regular meshes. Nichrome woven wire mesh has outstanding ductility, high tensile strength, oxidation resistance, sulfur resistance and other features.
Equipped with so many features, nichrome woven wire mesh has a wide range of applications, including the aerospace, shipbuilding, military industry, chemical and other fields.
Applications:
1.The most commonly used nichrome material grades are nichrome 80 mesh and nichrome 60 mesh.
2. Nichrome 80(Ni80Cr20) mesh is a broadly used heating element in the domestic and industrial heating applications.
3. It offers application temperature up to 1200oC. Nichrome 60(Ni60Cr15) mesh has higher value of electric resistivity than Nichrome 80.
4. It is recommended for use at the moderate temperatures up to 1100oC.
