High temperature repairing mud, Patching compounds for refractory repairs

Refractory fiber paste is a grey white refractory, which is used for repairing and protection launderlining, filter box, furnace liner, ladle lining, pouring spoon, riser area, casting mouth, distribution plate and so on, with excellent thermal insulation properties, non-wet aluminum and zinc, easy to operate.

Use method

The first trowel moistened with water to prevent sticking refractory, refractory mortar trowel to meet the requirements of the metal or refractory surfaces and wipe the surface smooth. Thickness of 10 mm, and dried for 30-60 minutes, the thickness greater than 30 mm, the drying time is more than 3 hours.

 Packaging and storage

 5kg/drum, 20kg/box, or customer’s requirement.

 Stored in a cool dry place at a temperature not less than 5°C after each use should cover seal to prevent water loss drying and curing.

Shelf life: 12 months.
