1. Application
Platinum rhodium thermocouple is nobel-metal thermocouple,and it's specialized for photovoltaic industry,such as polycrystalline silicon ingot production furnace and semiconductor diffuse furnace etc.There are R,S,B three index numbers.The nominal diameter of precious metal thermocouple silk is 0.5mm;the allowable deviation is -0.015mm.
It's suitable for oxidation and inert atmosphere,can also be short term used in vacuum,but does not apply to reducing atmosphere or containing metal or nonmetal steam atmosphere.
It is suitable for high temperature situations, widely used to test the temperature in glass, ceramics ,vacuum furnace ,powder metallurgy, smelting furnace and industrial production processes such as salt bath furnace.
