Scope of Application
LDH plough mixer, widely used in chemical raw materials, pigments, pharmaceutical raw materials, fodder, especially for mixing of solid granules which are solidified and easily broken. The mixing time is short, and it has good effect on the mixing of materials with large difference in particle size and density.
Working Principle
LDH series of colter mixer, the plough cutter inside the horizontal cylinder rotates with the spindle to make the material along the cylinder arm make the radial circular circulation. And at the same time, the radial material along the line flows through the flying cutter group, is scattered by the high-speed rotating flying cutter, continuously folds and recombines, so that the material can be mixed homogeneously in a short time.
