Photoconductive Indium antimonide (InSb) infrared detector, adopts III-V group compound indium antimonide single crystal to make the chip, and its spectral response range is 2-7μm.It can work at room temperature.It is the first choice for 3-5μm atmospheric window due to its high detection rate,fast response speed (microsecond) and other characteristics.
This series of detectors are widely used in gas analysis (CO, CO2, SO2, hydrocarbons, etc), non-contact temperature measurement, spectroscopic analysis, infrared fuze and proximity explosion and other industrial and agricultural production, scientific research, and medical fields.
