Characteristics of equipment
This equipment is used for unwinding, leveling, and automatic fixed-length shearing operations of sheet metal coil materials such as cold rolled plate, galvanized sheet, stainless steel plate, etc. The electrical control adopts AC frequency conversion control,which has good processing fixed-length precision.
Production line process
Loading cart → uncoiler → buffer storage pit → guide correction device → traction leveling host → cutting machine → electrical control system

Leveling machine
This equipment is a non-parallel roller sheet planing machine, mainly composed of pinch roller part, host part and main transmission part.
