1. The crankshaft, the body and the impact connecting rod are connected with high wear-resistant alloy copper bush, which has large bearing capacity, long service life and low maintenance cost.
2. The body is made of nodular iron 500 with alloy addition, which has high tensile strength and good wear resistance.
3. It adopts two-stage gear transmission system with high transmission efficiency and large transmission torque.
4. Equipped with pneumatic clutch brake to reduce motor power consumption.
5. The cutting system adopts the guide plate to drive the cutter bar,the guide plate reciprocates,the cutting force is linear transmission,the force is large and stable, and the dynamic balance is good.
6. The clamp system can be rotated or shifted 180 degrees.It is good for forming process arrangement.
7. Equipped with frequency conversion speed regulation device,it can speed up steplessly in a certain range.
8. Equipped with fault detector and safety protection device, the equipment will stop automatically in case of failure, and give maximum protection to equipment and tools.
9. The feeding box is equipped with thrust device to improve the feeding accuracy.
