Q: How to recommend customers suitable materials and characteristics when customers want to develop a new product? A: It is necessary to understand customer's technical requirements, requirements, test conditions for the new product, and then recommend the model according to various kind of resin basic characteristics.
Q: If the anti-aging properties of the product is supposed to be increased, whether anti-UV agent should be added to the material?
A: To improve the aging resistance of the products, we can add some materials which are have resistance to aging, and then add some antioxidants and UV absorbers to the materials.
