2.The technical requirements
1. The chemical composition of titanium and titanium alloy bar materials shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 3620.1
and the allowable deviation of the chemical composition shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 3620.2 when repeated testing is required.
2.The diameter or side length of the hot processed bar and its allowable deviation shall conform to the provisions in
table 1.
3: after hot processing by the car (grinding) smooth bar and cold rolling, cold drawing bar diameter deviation should comply with the provisions of table 1.
4. The irregularity of the polished bar after hot working should not be more than half of its size tolerance.
5: the length of the indefinite ruler of the processed bar is 300-6000mm, and the length of the indefinite ruler of the annealed bar is 300-2000mm.The length of the double ruler shall also be included in the cutting amount of the bar, each of which shall be 5mm. The length of the fixed ruler or the length of the double ruler shall be specified in the contract.
