CRTM EMCG-100 series are high temperature curing Ag/Cu conductive adhesive products. It is divided into single and two-component. You can use the FIP dispensing process. Its lower viscosity makes it can be used in any type of dispenser and it can guarantee a short production time.When it’s at 145 degree centigrade, the product can be cured completely in 30 minutes, and the curing time will be shortened with temperature increase . It has excellent shielding effectiveness, and has good mechanical properties. It can be used in harsh environments.
CRTM EMCG-110 is a high temperature cured Ag / Glass conductive glue product. It is divided into single and two-component, you can use FIP dispensing process. Has a lower viscosity, so that in any type of dispenser can guarantee a very short production cycle. At 145 ° C for 30 minutes, the curing time is complete and the curing time is shortened with increasing temperature. It has excellent shielding effectiveness, and has good mechanical properties, when compared with Ag / Cu conductive glue, it has high performance cost ratio and can be used in environment which is not very harsh .
