Specifications

KS can provide various refractory mortars, which are chrome-corundum-based, high-alumina-based, alumina-magnesia-based, magnesia-based and carbon-containing-based. They are used for refractory masonry construction in different part of steel ladle. It features an easy installation and high adhesive strength during installation phase and good resistance to corrosion and erosion during operation phase. 

Performance characteristics

1. Good plasticity and convenient construction;
2. Strong bonding strength and corrosion resistance;
3. High refractoriness, up to 1650 +50.
4. Resistance to slag invasion is good.
5. Good thermal spalling.

Purpose

The inner linings of runners, distributors, heat treatment furnaces and dissolving furnaces for continuous casting and iron moulding. All occasions that need to be prevented from cooling down as well as joints and repairs of refractories.

Raw material

Bauxite, cement and other additives are mixed and proportioned. It has high alumina, clay, silica, magnesia and bauxite.
