1. 1 + 1 production line function introduction
The 1 + 1 high-speed mask production line consists of a main machine and an earring welding machine. The main machine is responsible for the production of the main body of the mask, and the earhook welding machine is responsible for the welding of the earhook. After the main machine is made into the main body of the mask, it will be output through a small belt and then automatically sent to the ear-hook welding machine. The ear-hook welding machine automatically cuts the ear-hooks and welds them to the main body of the mask through the principle of ultrasonic, and manufactures the finished exit mask, which is collected by the receiving conveyor belt.
The convenient and beautiful protective shell and the easy-to-operate PLC fully automated control panel are patented products independently developed by our company. The quantity of single group aggregate can be set by yourself.

1. Calculated from the date of purchase of the equipment, a one-year warranty period and free maintenance are provided (except for vulnerable parts, charged at cost; ultrasonic warranty period is three months).
Q.. How could you do after one year warranty period?
We also can do service for you, but you need pay salary for our technicians 80USD/day for each person.
Q,. Does your engineer understand English?
Our engineers understand a little English. All our engineers have more than five years machine installation experience. In addition, they can use body language to communicate with customer.
Q. How do we solve the machine problem after your engineer leaving?
