Introduction
Cheese powder is made from cheese as the main raw material and spray-dried.It comprises proteins and fat from milk, usually the milk of cows, buffalo, goats, or sheep. During production, the milk is usually acidified and the enzymes of either rennet or bacterial enzymes with similar activity are added to cause the casein to coagulate. The solid curds are then separated from the liquid whey and pressed into finished cheese. Some cheeses have aromatic molds on the rind, the outer layer, or throughout. Most cheeses melt at cooking temperature.
Our cheese powders are flavoursome and creamy - made from natural cheese, making them a quality ingredient that complements a wide range of other flavours.

Packing: 1kg packed in an aluminum foil bag; 25kg/drum packed in a cardboard-drum with two plastic-bags inside. (Drum Size: 510mm high, 350mm diameter). Also accept to customized packaging.
Storage: Store in cool & dry place. Do not freeze. Keep away from strong light and heat.
Shelf life: Two years when properly stored.
