Chrysanthemum has the cooling effect on the body, so it is good to drink this tea on hot, stuffy days. Chrysanthemum can aid in sore throats, fevers and headaches, and its known effective in treating eye pains due to stress.

Simply put 1 tablespoon of the flowers to a 300ml ceramic or glass teapot, add the boiling water and steep for 10 minutes. Strain and drink hot, add honey or sugar to taste.
