Q-01: Are you a Factory or Trading Company? A: Yes, We are a factory manufacturing all types of Bicycles and E bikes for over 24 years based in China. With sales volumes by approximately US$80 millions annually, we are Top-10 exporter and manufacturer in the industry.
Q-02: Are you The Same Company of TRINX and LEONIS?
A: Yes, Both TRINX and LEONIS Brand belongs to our group company. We are the same factory, we are the only BRAND OWNER OF THEM. We are the Manufacturer.
Q-03: What's your main Products on sale?
A: Our main Products including but not limited to all types of E-Bikes, MTB Bicycles, Electric Bikes, E-Mountain Bikes, E-city BIkes, Kids BIkes, Snow Bikes, Sandy (Beach) Bikes, and Racing Road Bikes, etc..
Q-04: How to cooperate with LEONIS OR TRINX?
A: Accepted Delivery Terms: FOB,CIF,EXW,DDP,DDU,Express Delivery；
Accepted Payment Currency: USD,EUR,CNY;
Accepted Payment Type: By T/T 30%-50% of order value as deposit, with balance paid before delivery. Irrevocable L/C at sight workable as well.
Q-05: Do you have the products in stock?
A: No. All E-bikes are to be produced according to your order including samples. Due to the COVID-19 influences, more and more customers place order and our factory Output is not enough to match customers demands. Therefore we require MOQ in production.
Q-06: Can I mix different models in one container shipment?
A: Yes. We can arrange production and delivery with Different models mixed in 1*40’HQ container(about 250 to 350 pieces). MOQ For each color: 50 PIECES, MOQ For each SIZE: 50 PIECES/ITEM,
Q-07: What's the delivery time?
A: Normally in the forms of OEM production, it usually takes about 120-180 days to produce an order by MOQ (normally 100 to 150 pieces per item) to match a full 40’ HQ container. But the exact delivery time may be different for different orders or at different time. However for stock items, for example iCity-01E/ iLife 1.0 E-bike, we can do the delivery fast within 15 days after advance payment.
Q-08: How does your factory do the quality control?
A: High quality bicycles always attach great importance to quality control from the very beginning to the end of the production workflow. Every product is fully created and assembled at our advanced workshops and, are carefully tested before packaging for shipment.
Q-09: What's your warranty terms? How can we guarantee quality?
A: Quality is priority. We promise each customer with warranty by 1 Year after sale. For metal frames or forks of bicycles, we promise the warranty by 5 years after sale. Different warranty time for different products. In order to make sure right quality to our customers, we always arrange a pre-production sample before mass production and make final Inspection before shipment. Please
