A: It depends on the item. For example: Floor hinge(Foam packing, 1pc/inner box, and 4 pcs into a strong outer carton) Patch
Fitting ( Poly bag packing, 1pc/inner box, 20 pcs into a strong outer carton) etc.
Q: What’s your delivery time?
A: It depends on the order quantity. Delivery time for normal products and without any logo is 15~30 days. Casting products and
products with casting logo or use color package will take about 30~40 days.
Q: What’s your minimum order quantity? Can I make a small trial order to see quality first?
A: MOQ 100 pcs for normal products without logo and use neutral package. Trail order and sample is available.
Q: What’s your warranty?
A: 500,000 times of opening- closing and two years warranty against manufacturing defective for hydraulic products.
Q: Can I get sample cost back when I purchased order?
A: Yes, sample cost will be refund after order confirmed
