ND-T series single crystal diamond ultra-precision tools, diamond turning tools
The products are made of high-quality natural diamond materials, and the natural diamond single crystals are welded to the tool holder by special welding technology, and are manufactured by special geometric angle design and grinding technology.
According to customer's requirements, it can be processed into various angles and radians, which are mainly used for aspheric and free-form optical curved surface processing, micro-nano processing, ultra-precision processing and so on. For example, it can be used for turning optical plexiglass, non-ferrous metals with high finish, ceramics, etc.

Brief introduction of grinding wheel dressing
Scope of use: except diamond and cubic boron nitride grinding wheels, all other bonded grinding wheels such as ceramics, rubber, resin and clay can be used

The purpose of grinding wheel dressing is to obtain accurate grinding wheel surface shape; Remove passivation and uneven surface layer and restore sharp and flat grinding wheel surface。
