1)Warranty period: 2 years or 50000km (whichever comes first).
2) The Seller guarantees the availability of all spare parts required for maintenance or repairs. Within the warranty period, the Buyer shall only be required to pay the actual cost of the spare parts and reasonable travel expenses of the technician to provide the necessary service on site (including air tickets, room and visa).
3) In the event that the quality of any spare parts of the Equipment is (in the Buyer’s opinion) affected, the Seller will provide replacement parts at no cost to the Buyer.
4) The Seller will provide the production license for the Equipment and one set of User Manual for the Equipment and Special Vehicle in English.

4. How long is your warranty period?
Our products are manufactured under the strict guidelines established by ISO 9001: 2008 Standards. All items come with at least a 2-year warranty.
5. How long is the quotation valid for?
Generally, our price is valid within 3 month from the date quoted. We reserve the right to adjust the price appropriately according to the price fluctuation of raw material and changes in market. Please make sure you got the latest quote before placing an order.
