Product Description
PVC pipe (divided into PVC-U pipe, PVC-UH pipe and PVC-O pipe) is made of PVC resin, stabilizer and lubricant, and then extruded by hot pressing. It is the first plastic pipe to be developed and applied.
PVC-U pipe has strong corrosion resistance, easy adhesion, low price and hard texture. However, due to the seepage of PVC-U monomer and additives, it is only suitable for water supply system with conveying temperature less than 45 ℃. Plastic pipes are used for drainage, wastewater, chemicals, heating and cooling fluids, food, ultra pure liquids, slurries, gases, compressed air and vacuum systems.
PVC-O pipe, is the latest evolution form of PVC pipe. The pipe made by special orientation processing technology will be extruded to produce PVC-U pipe by axial and radial stretching, so that the long chain molecules of PVC in the pipe will be arranged in biaxial direction, and a new type of PVC pipe with high strength, high toughness, high impact resistance and fatigue resistance will be obtained.

1、Integral steel frame sealing rubber ring structure
The steel frame sealing rubber ring and the flaring are integrated in the production. The prefabricated steel frame sealing rubber ring will not be twisted, deformed or displaced during the installation process. The socket has large expansion allowance and will not be easily pulled out to leak, which enhances the tightness of the joint and improves the installation quality.

4、High detection standard
The hydrostatic test of pvc-uh pipe is carried out according to the ring stress of 42 MPa, which is higher than that of PVC-U pipe of 38 MPa. Each pipe leaving the factory is completed online 2 times the nominal pressure of the hydraulic test, higher than the domestic non-metallic pipe 1.5 times the nominal pressure of the hydraulic test requirements.

The pipe has mature super large diameter all plastic pipe fittings, which are easy to install, simple and fast. At the same time, it is not affected by low temperature, dust, rain and snow weather, and the weight is light. The construction site can be socket, installation does not cost water and electricity, labor, machinery cost is low, can be constructed all day, save construction period.
6、Low operating cost
The inner wall of the pipe can keep smooth for a long time, improve the flow rate, reduce the operation resistance, and the head loss per unit length is small, which can effectively reduce the head of the pump and save the operation cost. There are mature repair connectors, which are easy to maintain and greatly reduce the maintenance cost.
7、High seismic performance
The connection adopts socket type, which belongs to flexible design on the whole. In case of pavement settlement and dislocation, it is not easy to cause fracture damage. The pipe has good extensibility, flexibility and compression resistance. If the terrain changes, it can be deflected along the axis, so that it has good seismic resistance.
